Beyond Fitness: My Journey into Holistic Well-being

Recently. I've taken a moment to step back, allowing myself to delve into various dimensions of personal well-being. Fitness has always been a significant part of my routine, but this period of reflection has broadened my horizons.

Physical Aspects: The gym remains a cornerstone of my physical health, yet I've become increasingly aware of the larger spectrum of well-being. A prioritisation on restful sleep, a balanced diet, and staying hydrated is just as important and I need to focus on those too.

Mental Peace: Away from the rigours of daily work, I've immersed myself in reading, explored engaging television series, taken reflective strolls, and devoted time to helping Shannon and Amber prepare for their upcoming exams. These activities have not only offered some form of relaxation but allowed me to spend more time with the kids.

Social Connections: This hiatus has allowed me to re-establish bonds with old friends and colleagues. Our dialogues, ranging from business insights to new technological trends, have been enriching. There's an undeniable depth in conversations that rekindle shared memories and dreams.

Intellectual Curiosity: With this break, I've been able to return to my thirst for knowledge. The world is constantly evolving, and it is rewarding and eye-opening to dive into the latest developments in business and technology. Platforms like LinkedIn Learning have been beneficial in this endeavour.
