The Army Boy
Time has really flown by - Nigel has completed his BMT (Basic Military Training) and has been formally assigned to his unit (which is quite far away). His NS journey seems to have gotten off to a rather good start (at least from what we see) and he looks to be doing fine and fitting in quite well.

We sent him all the way to his camp and the first day and they even let us drive in all the way to his unit - which is quite a distance away from the entrance to the camp. Not sure if we would have to send him every weekend now, given the high petrol prices, public transport is definitely the preferred option.
