Why everyone else is flawed and we are not
So we live in our own perfect little bubbles, where we are always doing the right thing, while everyone else is flawed in their thoughts and actions. This is called the "belief superiority" effect or basically, narcissism.
Sometimes each one of us looks at the other and wonders why they can't be as ideal. It could be in the way we communicate, behave, drive, work and so on.
But we can't all be correct, or can we. Is the world a zero-sum game?
It isn't.

Once we understand there is room for many different answers, ideas and ways of doing things - and very often, no single perfect solution exists, we can open our minds to co-operate with others to discover ideas that are inclusive, collaborative, and best of all, work.
A project, regardless if it's at your employment or volunteer activity, does not solely revolve around targets. It is also about allowing members to contribute, giving them a sense of ownership and achievement, leveraging each person's strengths, and encouraging learning to take place.
When we give in to the idea of someone else's solution or accept that we could learn from another, we are allowing our minds to tap into humanity's shared knowledge. And that sounds like a good thing!
