When things go bad, play Scrabble!

When it rains, it storms – and this year has certainly been a wet one. With the onset of the pandemic, to our leaky bathroom, spoilt oven and all kinds of other troubles, we seem to be pretty unlucky at this point. Celest says we should buy Toto, but going by our luck (and also the mathematical odds), we most likely won’t win – in fact even on my luckiest day, I would also bet that I wouldn’t win. That’s something I could bet on.

At least breakfast is back on the menu!

So what do you do? Like Scrabble, you just play on. You get bad tiles, and eventually, you would get better ones. So hang on and you should start getting some vowels soon (or consonants if your rack looks like AAIIOOOOU).

There is an end to every pandemic unless it results in the extinction of the human race – then I can’t help you, in fact literally, nobody can. So just hang in there and keep on playing!
