To chill
Life, by itself, is stressful. And if you add in all the other complications, it makes it even more difficult to navigate without going completely nuts.
And the world does look like it is going insane - with crazy leaders, out of control viruses, protestors, climate change - it seems like chaos is everywhere and we are about to self-destruct in 3, 2, 1.
It could be the rise of the hyper-connected, social media ready and the 365/7/24 landscape in which we exist that is making things even more pronounced, faster, more urgent - perhaps all through human history, we've lived through disasters, diseases and dramas of all kinds with nobody knowing the wiser.
So what do we do? Absorb it? Let it simmer and use our cooler brains to reason before we react.
There are rampant diseases. The world is warming up. Our kids are growing up and being disobedient and defiant. But what can we do about all this? Little things here and there which might make us feel better and maybe alter the course of history a bit – but generally, life goes on as planned, as intended and we are just here for the ride, even if we don’t like it.

So embrace, enjoy and entrust. I've thrown in too many same letter word combinations for my own good.
