Find some time for quiet
The world moves too fast. There are emails to be answered,
meetings to attend, homework to finish, lessons to attend. Each day is a
non-stop barrage of activity where one is either staring into a screen, shoving
down some food or looking out for traffic. Hardly do we have time to stop,
ponder our lives, think of the direction we are heading and figure out if it
all makes sense.

If you are a religious person, do you find time to pray and
reflect on the God’s creations around, and His
plan for you? Do you have that conversation, even if you think it’s one way, He is on the other side
listening, and prompting you in directions yet to be revealed.
If you are non-religious, it’s still
good to find some time to compose yourself, be at peace and allow the quiet of
doing absolutely nothing to happen to you. People seem to always need to do
something, and if all else fails, they whip out their phones and start
scrolling through Facebook or playing a game. For once, put everything away
stare into space, or observe the people around you as they go about their lives
on their phones.
