In a world of violence ...
The unfortunate and tragic shooting incident in the US reminds us once again that the world seems to be spiralling into an out-of-control place that is littered with violent and angry people. And to the depressed, the self-absorbed, the selfish, the overly-competitive, it probably looks that way.
I think the world is getting tired running full-steam ahead. All we hear that seems to be positive is "economic progress", "growth" and "globalization". What about the state of the human race, happy people and a general "how's it going dude"? Is everything just broken down to statistics and quarter-over-quarter improvements?
Why are we always rushing? Is our blood always boiling? Do we really need to speed down that narrow lane?

Said, woman, take it slowIf we learnt to be patient, if we understood that we did actually have a little more time, if we allowed ourselves the luxury to stroll, I feel the world would be a better place. There would be less stress, less accidents, less violence.
It'll work itself out fine
All we need is just a little patience
Said, sugar, make it slow
And we come together fine
All we need is just a little patience
