Nigel the fidgety
We just finished saying goodnight prayer with Nigel. It's so irritating - he's so fidgety that he cannot for 2 seconds keep still in a prayerful position.
He'll twist and turn and lie down and slip to the left and right. He'll end up lying flat on the floor or sitting on his bum.
Why can't he be still? I think he has too much potential energy in him - as I suspect most children do. Is it some kind of natural thing that was inborn - ways to keep parents fit as they chase after their offspring and try to keep them still. Nature's gym for adults?
