Old school
Yesterday, Merv and I were discussing old music we used to listen to. He used to be a big Bros fan, and also stuff like Yazz and New Order. (He's also a big George Michael fan - I wonder ...)
So we went upstairs to open up the old box of DJ records that Chua and I used to play at gigs. We spent a whole hour or so looking through the vinyl - lots of 12" singles and albums. Woah - brought back good memories. Too bad we couldn't play them anywhere. What we did, though, was hold on to the disc and sing out the song - kinda like a human turntable.
That's me holding on to New Order's True Faith (who can forget that yellow leaf) and a Bobby Brown (bad boy of 80s hip hop) album.
