We're gonna have a busy weekend ahead.
Tomorrow, Saffie's having a birthday party. She turnes 2 years old - and Nigel can't wait to help her blow those candles. Earlier I pulled out his blue table to rest the camera to take this picture and he said "are we getting Saffie's cake out?". You see - that's the table we always use to put the birthday cakes on when we have parties at our house.
On Sunday, we celebrate Easter! We also celebrate the 1 month birthdays of Jillian, Joanne and Jared. The babies will be "on display" and JLB from around 3pm - bring a gift (make that three).
Also, on Sunday evening my Godma is celebrating her 92nd birthday! We took several pictures of ourselves of which the attached turned out to be the best. (Nigel actually insisted on pressing the button before rushing back with me to sit down - can you see the droplets of sweat on our foreheads). We're going to put it in a frame and give it to her as a present - where she will put it among all the other photoframes she has of all the thousands of people she knows!! Even though she's 92, she still quite strong and has a good memory - we wish her all the best. It's going to be a great Easter celebration for her (she still actively goes to church every Sunday).
