The folks return today
Mum, Dad, Fred, Bihye and Gab return home this evening from their long holiday. It's been more than 2 weeks and we've forgotten what they look like. Hang on, they have been sending us pictures, so that's not true. :)
It's been quite a tiring and trying time - but we've managed. Merv and Debbie have been a big help dropping by every few days to say hi and have dinner etc. I think over the last 2 weeks we've seen them almost 8-9 days! We actually offered them Fred and Bihye's room to stay - but they kindly rejected.
I've been under the weather (what does that mean - we're all under the weather, unless you're flying in a plane 10000 feet in the air) in the last few days. Had red-eyes, sore-throat, bad-back - probably because of the lack of sleep, work stress etc. Well, with Mum and Dad back, they'll willingly help to look after the kids a bit, taking some of the load off from us.
Celest and I might even be able to go out for dinner by ourselves without the kids!
